BizSolve works with independent businesses — trades, salons, clinics, shops, single-van operations — that run on technology nobody there chose, and that have nowhere sensible to turn when it needs attention.
Who this is for
Businesses too small to employ anyone technical and too busy to become technical. The website was built years ago by someone who has since moved on. The admin runs on a notebook and a memory. Everything works until it does not, and then it is your evening.
That is a normal way for a good business to end up, and it is fixable without turning your operation into a technology project.
How we work
- Plain language. If an explanation needs jargon to hold together, it is usually hiding a decision you should get to make.
- A price before the work. You see the scope and the cost before anything starts.
- Small and finished, over large and ongoing. The best outcome is often something that quietly works and never needs us again.
- We will tell you when you do not need it. Including when what you have is fine.
How we build
Every site we build is a single self-contained document. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no chat widget, no font service, no plugin waiting on somebody else's server. It loads fast because there is nothing in it that is not yours — and nothing on it is quietly reporting your customers to anyone.
About the concept pages
Sometimes we build a sample site for a business before we have ever spoken to them, and send it over. It is a mockup, it carries a label saying so, it is never presented as official, and it comes down within 24 hours of being asked.
